Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch all orders placed before 2 pm on the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed after 2 pm on Fridays will be processed on Monday.
For any out-of-stock items, you will have the option to pre-order, with an expected restock date listed on the product page.
We’re committed to sustainability and aim to use recycled packaging whenever possible.

Delivery and Returns

Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail.

RETURNS POLICY

You can return an item to us if the product is unopened and in a resell-able state within 14 days.
We cannot accept returns if the product has been opened but your dog does not like the food.
We can arrange to send you a FREE returns labels in the UK if you have either been sent the incorrect products or the order was an error on our behalf.
